Saves about ~2 hrs per week
What it does
- Takes one brief (angle, offer, audience) and expands it into variants
- Generates headlines, primary text, and CTAs
- Writes variants to a sheet ready for import into Meta or Google
- Keeps a consistent tone while testing different hooks
How it works
- Brief pasted into the setup
- AI generates 10 variants in ad format
- Variants written to the sheet
- You pick the finalists to launch
What's included
- Brief template
- Variant prompts
- Sheet pipeline
Set it up yourself
Follow these 4 steps in order. You will need accounts for: Claude, Sheets.
Step 1: Fill in the brief
- Write the brief in the workflow input fields: angle (the core claim), offer (what they get + price), audience (who), tone (e.g. playful, authoritative).
- Add your brand voice note.
- Add up to 5 proof points to draw from.
- Save the brief as the reusable template.
- Keep angle and offer separate fields — the generator mixes them properly.
Watch out: The brief drives everything; a vague brief produces 10 vague ads.
Step 2: Run the generator
- Build the prompt: 'Create 10 ad variants. For each: headline (≤40 chars), primary text (≤125 chars for Meta, ≤90 for Google), CTA. Vary the hooks across: benefit, fear-of-missing-out, social proof, specificity, question. Keep tone {tone}. Under 5% discount language.'
- Return structured JSON so each ad is a clean record.
- Paste prompt + API key.
- Generate once for your brief and inspect 10 outputs.
Watch out: Ask for hook variety explicitly — LLMs default to the same two hooks if not told to vary.
Step 3: Review in the sheet
- Connect Google Sheets and write each variant as a row: Headline, Primary Text, CTA, Hook Type.
- Add a 'Finalist' column with data validation (Yes/No).
- Mark the top 3-4 you would actually launch.
- Check character limits in the sheet before export.
- Delete obviously-wrong variants.
Watch out: Keep Hook Type as a column — when one hook converts, you know what to brief next.
Step 4: Import to your platform
- Export the finalist rows to CSV or copy the tab-delimited block.
- In Meta Ads Manager open 'Create Ad' → paste into the primary text/headline fields.
- For Google Ads, use the CSV import template in the ads editor.
- Set up the test: same audience, same budget, variants as separate ads.
- Let them run 3-5 days before declaring a winner.
Watch out: Duplicate character-limit violations get ads rejected silently — vet lengths before import.
